Kienstra Ready Mix and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Kienstra," "we," "our," or "us") believe you should have meaningful control over how your personal information is used. This notice applies to Kienstra websites that link to it and their related online services (the "Services"). This Your Privacy Choices notice explains the privacy rights available to you under applicable U.S. privacy laws and how you can exercise those rights. 2. Manage Your Preferences

You can control how cookies and similar technologies are used by clicking: Cookie Preferences. This will open our preference center, where you can review and adjust your settings. When you visit our website, we and our third-party partners may store or retrieve information on your device using cookies and similar technologies. These technologies are used for essential functionality and, with permission, preferences, analytics, and third-party embedded content. Please note that your preferences do not affect data collection or use that is necessary to operate our Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Within the preference center, you can control the following categories:

  • Necessary (Always Active) — Required to enable basic website functionality and cannot be disabled within Cookiebot.

  • Preferences — Allow the website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, more personalized features.

  • Statistics — Help us understand how our website performs and how visitors interact with the site.

  • Marketing — Controls optional third-party content, including Google Maps and YouTube videos. These providers may collect device and interaction information when their content loads. Kienstra advertising and remarketing tags are disabled. Clicking OK on the first screen enables this content unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can also control this category in Manage choices.

On the first screen, clicking OK enables Preferences, Statistics (including Google Analytics), and Marketing for optional Google Maps and YouTube content, unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). Closing the banner with X continues with necessary cookies only. Ignoring the banner or continuing to browse does not grant consent. Select Manage choices to open the Details tab, adjust optional categories, and click Save choices to apply your selections. Opening settings alone does not grant consent. You can withdraw permission at any time through Cookie Preferences by switching off the relevant categories and saving. Previously saved choices apply on later visits until you change them or consent expires.

3. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Kienstra advertising and remarketing tags are disabled. Separately consented third-party content, such as Google Maps and YouTube, may allow its providers to collect information for their own purposes; depending on the circumstances, disclosures may be considered "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws. Optional analytics requires Statistics consent even when it does not involve cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary operations and security functions continue without optional consent.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by:

  • Opening the preference center: Cookie Preferences and selecting "Manage choices," turning "Marketing" off, then clicking "Save choices"; or

  • Using a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, where supported by your browser or device.

When you turn Marketing off and save your choices, or when a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is received, the optional content controlled by Marketing remains blocked for that browser. Kienstra advertising and remarketing tags remain disabled regardless of your category selections. Your preferences are applied on a browser- and device-specific basis.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the right to:

  • Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect and share

  • Access or receive a copy of your personal information

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If your request is denied, you may have the right to appeal our decision, and appeal instructions will be included in our response where required by law.
